Grass Autotest 2006

A successful days sport was had at the new venue at Clearfields farm, and thanks to Andy for the use of the large field. It proved very smooth, and the hot sunny day topped up my tan/gave me a red face! A total of 10 "Wrong Tests" showed that James's cunning was still catching people out, but the all new cones only attracted a little interest with David Wood catching 1, and Jim Hill two in one test!

We applied a 10% loading to the Toyota Corolla of Martyn Roberts for the knobbly tyres and LSD. Well done to Duncan Gamage for a powerful run, winning by 20s, but he was not fastest on every test. It was also very encouraging to attract 3 entries under 20 - and they all loved it.
